Inventors are well advised to be cautious with their ideas.  At Patent CEO, LLC we ensure that your intellectual property is handled with the utmost confidentiality.  Having served in the examining corps at the USPTO and worked in law firms as an independent contractor, we understand the need for secrecy.  Rest assured that once you have started working with us, the only people who will have access to your invention are those that are on a NEED TO KNOW basis.  Typically, a patent agent or attorney and a draftsman who handles the drawings for your inventions.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be signed at our first meeting.  We are bound by it to not reveal anything about your invention except to those that you give us direct authority to do so.
